Alta Consultants is an engineering consulting firm specializing in building inspections and accessibility advisory services across Québec. We support property owners, managers, developers, and institutions in ensuring their buildings are safe, compliant, and built to last.
Our practice focuses on façade inspections and underground parking inspections in accordance with RBQ Bill 122, as well as accessibility consulting aligned with CMHC MLI Select requirements, CSA B651 standards, and universal design principles.
