RHFAC v4.0
Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certification is a points-based system evaluating meaningful access for a diverse range of users.
- Note: Early involvement is critical. Retrofitting accessibility into a late-stage design can increase construction costs by 5-10%. Alta Consultants provides the most value during pre-concept and concept phases.
